Returns & Exchanges

At Mostra Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer experience team at support@mostracoffee.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your unused items in their original packaging and include a note with your RMA number before shipping them back to our roastery.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
